Application Instructions:
Applications are due by Friday 9/16 at 4:00 pm.
You are responsible for submitting the following through the application google form and/or the agreement and signature page:
1) Student Information
2) Trip History and Preferences
3) Recommendations (Signatures turned into front desk to acknowledge that the teacher/staff member will go online and submit for you)
4) Personal Statement
5) Application Agreement (Submitted to front desk)
These five sections must be complete in order for your application to be accepted.

All students requesting financial aid must have qualified (already been approved) for the free/reduced lunch program (Title 1).
